For partners

Solar makes each kilowatt-hour cheaper. We remove the kilowatt-hours.

If you sell solar, storage, or anything that runs off a building's electricity bill, we are not competing with you, and the arithmetic is on your side. A building that cuts its cooling load first needs a smaller and cheaper array to cover what is left. We have already sat on the efficiency side of exactly that sequence: a Kuala Lumpur office tower did the efficiency work first and the solar after, with no conflict between them.

The sequence

Where we do compete, so you hear it from us.

We are often chasing the same budget in the same quarter, and we both open with the same line about the tariff going up. That is real and worth naming.

But the sequence resolves it. Efficiency first sizes the array correctly. Solar first oversizes it against a load that is about to fall, and a facility manager who does them in that order pays for panels covering waste. Between us we can tell them that. Neither of us can tell them alone.

Solar and BESS developers

Any facility big enough to justify a solar installation is almost certainly running a substantial chiller plant. Your qualified clients are our qualified clients, in both directions.

M&E consultants and property managers

You get asked whether a chiller plant is worth replacing. We can put a measured answer behind your recommendation, funded by a government grant rather than by your client's fee budget.

ESG and sustainability consultants

You write the decarbonisation roadmap. The client then asks how, and the recommendation stops there. We are the part that physically delivers the reduction and hands back metered evidence it happened, so you report a measured number instead of an estimate.

Introductions both ways.

You send us buildings with chiller plants. We send you buildings that have just cut their load and freed up roof space. Every plant we retrofit is a better solar candidate afterwards than it was before, and a building that has just proved its savings is a building that trusts the people who found them.

Nothing here needs a contract to begin. Send us one building and see what we do with it. If the relationship is worth formalising, we will work that out with you at the time.

Worth an introduction if the building…

  • Runs a chiller plant
  • Uses roughly 100,000 kWh a month or more
  • Is commercial or industrial, and owner-occupied or owner-managed
  • Has not already appointed an ESCO for an energy audit

If it does not meet these, we will say so quickly rather than spend your client's time.

What happens after you introduce someone

  1. 01 A short conversation about the building. No cost, no commitment.
  2. 02 We apply to SEDA on their behalf for the Energy Audit Conditional Grant. Our registration as an ESCO with the Energy Commission is the specific thing that makes them eligible.
  3. 03 We audit the plant, about two months on site.
  4. 04 They get the findings. What they do next is their call.

You stay in the loop throughout, and we do not approach a client you introduced without you.

What we will not do

  • Sell your client anything outside cooling
  • Take a view on your scope
  • Write sustainability reports, or touch frameworks, materiality or Scope 3
  • Approach a client you introduced without you in the room
